I'm currently working with a well-established general contractor that is actively looking to bring on several Superintendents along the Colorado Front Range. They have three immediate openings and are prioritizing individuals with strong field leadership and a good culture fit.
Open Positions- 2 - Superintendent Level 2- 1 - Superintendent Level 3
Level placement and final compensation are determined during the in-person interview, and the company offers the highest wage possible within that tier.
Project Types: The company primarily builds:- Churches- Schools- Libraries- SCIF projects
Company Culture: This organization is extremely field-focused - the office exists to support the superintendents who build the work. They prioritize culture fit and leadership in the field just as much as technical ability. Many of their original superintendents are still with the company, and one of their "newer" supers has already been there 10 years, which speaks to their long-term retention.
Compensation & Benefits Highlights- Guaranteed annual bonus based on individual and company performance- Project bonus: 0.01% of project value (example: $10M project = $10K bonus)- Superintendent incentive: After 1 year, take a vacation and receive two additional weeks of pay- Vacation: Start with 2 weeks + 1 week personal time, increasing to 3 weeks after 5 years- Company truck (Colorado or Toyota Tacoma) with personal use allowed and gas covered anywhere in Colorado
Project Locations: Projects span Fort Collins to Colorado Springs, and they make an effort to keep superintendents working close to where they live.
