Are you someone who enjoys being the go-to person in the office and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Monticello office and a key support partner to daily operations.
In this role, you'll be at the center of the action-supporting drivers, customers, and internal teams while ensuring information is accurate, organized, and handled with care. If you enjoy variety in your day, working with people, and taking pride in keeping an office organized, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, providing professional and friendly customer service in person and over the phone
Assist tow drivers, auto auction customers, and individuals with insurance and vehicle salvage questions
Accurately enter vehicle and customer information into internal systems
Handle administrative tasks including filing, copying, scanning, and document management
Maintain organized records and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Support daily office operations and work closely with the Branch Manager
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service skills with experience handling inbound calls
Previous administrative or office support experience
High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, small-office environment
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment & Schedule
Small, collaborative office setting
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
One-hour lunch break
Business casual dress code

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr.
