Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for their top Fintech Client. They are seeking a highly skilled, well-rounded Content Designer with a strong developer or technical background to lead the re-launch of our website and support future platform initiatives. This role will play a critical part in modernizing our digital presence, improving content structure and discoverability, and integrating AI-driven tools to scale and optimize content experiences. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, content architecture, and product collaboration, with the ability to partner cross-functionally across design, engineering, and research teams.

Skills and Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional experience in content strategy, web experience, product, or a related field

• Strong technical or developer background, including any programming experience

• Deep understanding of content organization, structure, and information architecture

• Extensive experience working with Micr5osoft Office, Figma and Jira

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and familiarity with design agents

Proven ability to collaborate across product, design, and technical teams - Background in finance or finance-adjacent industries, such as insurance

• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding how they operate

• Prior experience supporting or launching digital products at scale

Familiarity with platform migrations or payment systems
