What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facility equipment
- Diagnose issues involving mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
- Maintain equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, and automated production machines
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance
- Work closely with production teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime
- Document repairs and maintenance activities
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Maintenance Mechanic experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Experience working with production or packaging machinery
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on mechanical mindset

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery and facility equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and repair equipment including converting machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, and packaging equipment.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures and company standards.
