What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime
  
  
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facility equipment
  
  
• Diagnose issues involving mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems
  
  
• Maintain equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, and automated production machines
  
  
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance
  
  
• Work closely with production teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime
  
  
• Document repairs and maintenance activities
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Maintenance Mechanic experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  
  
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting
  
  
• Experience working with production or packaging machinery
  
  
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
  
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on mechanical mindset
  
  

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery and facility equipment.
  
  
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Maintain and repair equipment including converting machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, and packaging equipment.
  
  
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  
  
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
  
  
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
  
  
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety procedures and company standards.
