What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by your supervising BCBA
• Collect and track progress data to support each child’s goals
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Collaborate with a caring, supportive team that values your input and growth

• Active RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process (we’ll guide you every step of the way)
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
• Reliability, strong communication skills, and a team-player attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all compliance requirements
