A large retail client is looking for a recruiter to join their team in Goodlettsville, TN. In this role, the recruiter will work collaboratively with the HR Generalist team to fill open roles for all corporate lines of business. Once assigned an open role, you will be responsible for posting roles on external platforms, and schedule kickoff calls with hiring managers to align on recruitment processes. It is expected that the recruiter prepare for kickoff meetings using AI-assisted tools to research and align on expectations beyond the job description, then conduct heavy outbound recruiting primarily through LinkedIn. The recruiter will screen candidates via Teams video interviews to ensure quality and prevent candidate fraud, submit detailed notes and candidate feedback to hiring managers, and partner closely with recruiting coordinators to schedule interviews. They will support the offer process, initiate background checks, ensure candidates are prepared to start work, hand off onboarding appropriately, and maintain accurate recruiting trackers throughout the entire process. This role is a high volume, fast paced role that requires you to be a true team player, working 5 days in office.
