A client of Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Owner to join their team. This individual will be responsible for the overall rebuild of ServiceNow within Watts Water's organization. The person will be working with a partner consulting company and own/manage the strategic direction, roadmap, governance, and best practices when it comes to utilizing ServiceNow and enabling internal users on best usage of the tool. Specifically, the most urgent need and focus will be on the ITSM module of SNOW, with this person being expected to guide teams on how to best leverage this module. Pay rate for this position is between $68 and $75 hour.

Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically in a platform or product owner capacity

? Owning SNOW strategic direction, roadmaps, governance, best practices, etc.

  • Deep knowledge and proficiency in both the ITSM and CMDB modules of ServiceNow

? For CMDB, the HM would like experience from both a hardware and application management perspective

  • Good communication

? Will be the face of SNOW for the entire organization

Must be comfortable having influential conversations to push ideas forward on SNOW best practices - Experience with additional SNOW modules outside of ITSM and CMDB

  • SAP experience

  • MS Suite experience

? Power BI
