This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a team that’s passionate about what we do.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engine Repair & Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on small engine-powered equipment, including lawnmowers, snow blowers, pressure washers, chainsaws, and more.
  • Troubleshooting: Use your mechanical expertise to identify issues and come up with effective solutions, from engine performance problems to fuel system repairs.
  • Routine Service: Handle regular maintenance tasks like oil changes, spark plug replacement, air filter changes, and general tune-ups to ensure equipment runs at its best.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to understand their issues, provide estimates, and offer expert advice on maintaining their machines.
  • Testing & Quality Control: After repairs, conduct thorough tests to ensure equipment is running efficiently and safely.

  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working with small engines or relevant mechanical experience (training or certifications are a big plus).
  • Hands-On Skills: Comfortable using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and small engine parts.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: You’re quick to identify issues and come up with practical solutions to keep equipment running at peak performance.
  • Customer-Focused: You enjoy interacting with customers, explaining repairs, and offering advice on maintaining their equipment for long-lasting use.
  • Attention to Detail: You work carefully and methodically to ensure every job is done right the first time.
  • Team Player: You’re ready to collaborate with your colleagues to get the job done efficiently and deliver great service.
