We are seeking multiple full time Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will contact local businesses and sell advertising placements in support of high school souvenir sports programs.

We’re seeking individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to succeed. Ideal candidates are:

• Comfortable in a fast paced, creative, and fun environment
• Eager to learn and open to ongoing coaching and development
• Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic

Compensation & Growth

You can feel confident knowing that most of the pay is guaranteed through a competitive base wage. By meeting sales targets, employees typically earn an average of $20–$28 per hour when meeting sales targets.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist local businesses in promoting their services by securing advertising placements in high school sports souvenir programs
• Contribute to the success of local high school sports teams through community focused outreach
• Maintain consistent communication and follow up with prospective advertisers

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently read and speak English
• Must be able to work full time, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime
• Must work onsite at our Peoria office
