Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will step in and contribute immediately with real estate matters from contract through closing. This role is ideal for candidates eager to build expertise in real estate law within a collaborative environment. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts of sale and transactional documents
  • Reviewing title reports and surveys
  • Clearing title issues
  • Communicating directly with clients, brokers, and opposing counsel
  • Coordinating with lenders and preparing closing documents
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations
  • Maintain organized case files from contract to closing to ensure all documentation complies with firm standards and regulatory requirements

Experience

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear and precise legal documents and drafts
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to interpret legal issues effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Professional, responsive, and detail oriented

Pay: $68,752.27 - $82,798.43 per year
