Minimum Requirements

• Specialized technical training or associate degree
• Experience: 1–3 years in a similar assembly role
• Previous experience working with PLCs and VFDs
• Skills needed: Mechanical & electrical aptitude, blueprint reading, fabrication techniques, safe tool use, communication, teamwork, attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly of capital equipment using drawings, verbal instructions, and schematics
• Fabrication of components (cutting, drilling, tapping)
• Electrical assembly per schematics
• Wire and cable termination into electrical panels
• Cable routing throughout systems
• System power-up and troubleshooting
• Motion programming utilizing PLCs & VFDs
• Preparation of equipment and systems for shipment

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with company’s waste management and recycling policies
• Perform 5S maintenance activities
• Complete system quality documentation, including ISO 9001 requirements
• Maintain and control stock inventory levels
• Participate in improvement projects
• Other duties as assigned

Job Details

• Direct Hire
• Location: Rogers, MN (Onsite)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM, occasional overtime
• Pay: $28-32
