What You’ll Own
You are responsible for the client experience during every session.

• Run sessions end-to-end (check-in, setup, positioning, timing, clean/reset)
• Ensure clients feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of
• Keep sessions on time and flowing smoothly
• Maintain a spotless, clinical environment (non-negotiable)
• Track session notes and package usage accurately
• Support consult flow by keeping rooms prepped and ready

Requirements

• Available to work in-person in Brookfield, WI
• Strong communication and basic tech skills (scheduling software, simple documentation)
• Able to stand/walk throughout shift and perform light cleaning/sanitizing tasks
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, chiropractic, PT, or medspa is a plus (we will train the right person)

Pay + Growth

• $16/hour + performance bonuses
