Pay: $18/hour
Reports To: Office Manager / Practice Administrator

Position Overview

The Patient Care Coordinator is the first and most important point of contact for our patients. This role sets the tone for the entire patient experience.

You will manage the front desk, support patient flow, coordinate scheduling, and ensure every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an organized environment, and wants to grow into a key role within a chiropractic office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments
  • Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Escort patients to treatment rooms and coordinate patient flow
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
  • Communicate effectively with doctors and clinical staff
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments and care plans

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • HIPPA Compliance - Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Calm, solutions-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
