The role of our Coating Lead would be to coordinate the daily operations of a production team on our production floor. Foster a positive team environment, ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety standards while displaying the core behaviors of leader.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Build and maintain a positive and supportive team culture
• Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and open communication
• Recognize and reward employee achievements to boost morale
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and workload
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks

Additional responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and production procedures
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Facilitate cross-training initiatives to increase workforce flexibility
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Show your expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Coating thickness measurement experience preferred
• Previous Spray painting experience preferred
• Previous experience as a coater(Metal)
