Our individualized curriculum is designed to meet the unique needs of each student and includes direct social skills instruction, intensive language development, and academic programming. We utilize a structured classroom model grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to maximize student growth and achievement.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized ABA programs, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality, data-driven instruction across classrooms.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, functional behavior assessments) to inform programming
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Analyze student data regularly and adjust programs to ensure meaningful progress
  • Provide ongoing training, supervision, and support to teachers and paraprofessionals in ABA strategies, including DTT, NET, and data collection
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including SLPs, OTs, and educators to ensure consistency across all areas of programming
  • Participate in team meetings, parent communication, and progress reporting
  • Support the development of social skills, communication, and adaptive functioning across the school day

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong background in behavior plan development, staff training, and data analysis
  • Excellent collaboration, leadership, and organizational skills

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM–1:00 PM
Year-round position, including summer. While we do have a short summer break, it is designed to provide a meaningful opportunity to recharge and prepare for the upcoming academic year.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
