Location: Middletown, PA 17057 (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $80 – $90/hour

Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMO) to lead and coordinate multiple IT projects of varying complexity. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end project lifecycle management.

Note: Candidates must be located within approximately 1.5 hours of Middletown, PA, as the role may transition to a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate internal and external teams across multiple IT projects
• Develop and maintain project plans and required documentation using established PMO standards and methodologies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to define and refine project scope
• Oversee full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure
• Conduct lessons learned sessions and recommend process improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and project sponsors
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, processes, and governance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience across IT projects
• Strong expertise in:
  • Scope, schedule, cost, and risk management
  • Vendor and stakeholder communication
  • Project planning and execution

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Experience with ServiceNow (Idea, Project, Demand modules)
• Experience with SAP / Enterprise Business Solutions projects
• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks
