Make a meaningful difference in your community SASH Nelson is seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to guide and support our Case Management team. This is an opportunity to combine leadership with direct client impact, supporting individuals and whānau affected by sexual harm. About the Role As Team Leader, you will provide both hands-on client support and leadership to a small team of Case Managers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive services while fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment. This is a varied role where no two days are the same—balancing leadership, clinical oversight, and direct client engagement. Applications close 10th April 2026 Key Responsibilities • Lead, supervise, and support a team of Case Managers • Manage a small caseload of clients keeping your finger on the frontline pulse • Provide specialist support and advocacy for clients and their whānau • Support clients through Police and Court processes (including court attendance if required) • Oversee referral triage and case allocation • Ensure high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery • Build and maintain relationships with key agencies (Police, Oranga Tamariki, Refuge, etc.) • Facilitate supervision sessions and support staff development • Maintain accurate, confidential client records • Integrate Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles into all aspects of work About You *You are a confident and empathetic leader who thrives in a purpose-driven environment.
