Ashley Industrial Molding is looking for a talented individual to join our Maintenance group as part of our 3rd shift team. What is required? Energy, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a drive to contribute new ideas to a growing business.

Ashley Industrial Molding is looking for Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift Team!!

Our wages start at $28.50 per hr.

Required Qualifications:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems 24VDC to 440 3-Phase
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Operation of basic machine tools (horizontal band saw, vertical milling machine, engine lathe, surface grinder, etc)
• Metal fabrication (welding, cutting)
• Use of hand tools (must provide your own)
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics
• Self-motivated to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley, 5, RS Logix 500 and RS Logix 5000);
• Therma wood and Motion Master CNC (G-Code)
• Injection Molding Knowledge. SMC Knowledge is a plus.

Hours: Sunday Night-Wednesday Night; 9:00 P.M.-7:00 A.M.

Pay: $28.50-$32.50 (includes shift differential) Plus Gainshare
