Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily on-site leadership, overseeing all construction activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
• Enforce company safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel and subcontractors
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional job site, working closely with trade partners to uphold project standards
• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of all trades, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance oversight
• Partner with Project Managers to support labor planning, equipment and material deliveries, critical path scheduling, and project updates
• Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain project momentum
• Facilitate clear communication between the office, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and productivity
• Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction, keeping their mission and vision front and center throughout project execution

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising commercial construction, healthcare and renovation projects
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive projects forward
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and engineering drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with the capability to manage multiple trades and maintain a productive, team-oriented job site
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to out-of-state projects as needed
• Experience with ProCore or other construction management software is a plus
• Drug-free and able to successfully pass all mandatory background checks
