The BusinessIntelligence Consultant - Advanced Analytics, AI & Automation isresponsible for extending the organization's business intelligence capabilitiesbeyond traditional reporting through applied advanced analytics, AI-assistedinsights, and intelligent automation.
This roleowns the "what's next" of BI - prototyping, building, and scalingsolutions that reduce manual effort, accelerate insight delivery, and embedintelligence directly into business workflows using modern tools such as LLMs,AI services, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
This positionis not a data engineering role and not a BI strategy role. It is a solution-orientedanalytics role focused on turning emerging capabilities into practical,scalable BI assets in close partnership with BI Strategy, Enablement &Governance and BI Engineering & Data Foundations.
WhatYou'll Do:
AdvancedAnalytics & Insight Development
Developanalytical solutions that go beyond standard dashboards (e.g., patterndetection, forecasting, scenario modeling, text analysis)
Translatecomplex data and analytical outputs into actionable, decision-ready insights
Identifyopportunities where analytics can proactively surface risks, opportunities, oranomalies rather than relying on manual review
AI &LLM Enablement
ApplyAI and LLM capabilities to BI use cases, including:
Naturallanguage querying and insight explanation
Automatedcommentary and narrative generation
Textclassification, summarization, or sentiment analysis (where appropriate)
Prototypeand iterate on AI-enabled analytics solutions prior to scale oroperationalization
Partnerwith governance and engineering to ensure AI solutions are responsible, secure,and aligned with organizational standards
Automation& Power Platform Solutions
Designand build automation solutions using Power Automate to:
Reducemanual reporting and data handling
Triggerworkflows based on data conditions or thresholds
SupportBI operating cadences and management system routinesDevelop Power Apps that surface insights, collect inputs, or streamline BI-connectedprocesses
IntegratePower Platform solutions with Power BI datasets and governed enterprise datasources
BISolution Development
Buildtargeted analytical tools, models, and applications that complement enterprisedashboards
Createreusable components, templates, and accelerators for analytics and automationcases
Ensuresolutions align with enterprise KPI definitions and governed data models
ContinuousImprovement & Innovation
Stay currenton emerging BI, AI, and automation capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem

Minimumof 3 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data analysis, ora related role
Experiencedeveloping analytical solutions beyond standard reporting and dashboards
Workingknowledge of AI and LLM capabilities as applied to analytics and decisionsupport
Experienceprototyping AI-assisted or automation-enabled analytics solutions
Hands-onexperience with Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate,Power Apps)

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
