Position: Remote Field Service Technician – Pulp & Paper Industry
Location: Memphis, Tennessee
Salary: $100K-$120K (based on experience) + full benefits
Work: 50% travel to client sites / 50% remote work from home

In this role, you will lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of advanced equipment across North America, providing expert mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on-site.

What You'll Do:

• Travel to customer sites across the Western USA and Canada
• Perform installation, commissioning, and repairs of industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Write detailed field reports and document site activities
• Train customers in operations and maintenance

You Bring:

• At least 3–5+ years of field service experience in the industrial machinery
• Background in electromechanics or equivalent
• Knowledge of industrial drawings and programming tools
• Ability to work independently and takes initiative
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
