Job Title: Medical Assistant

Shift: Day Shift – 5x9 Hours (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Tuesday schedule may vary)

Duration: 19 Weeks

Desired Location: Bronxville, New York

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support a busy outpatient clinical setting. The ideal candidate will assist with both clinical and administrative duties while ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and medical equipment
• Support patient scheduling, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient care standards
• Provide excellent patient interaction and support

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
• Medical Assistant certification (preferred)
• Minimum 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
