What You’ll Do

You’ll be the heartbeat of our office — the connection point between patients, doctors, and the mission.

  • Greet every patient by name and create an unforgettable first impression
  • Coordinate patient schedules and manage high-energy office flow
  • Assist doctors with patient care and documentation
  • Collect payments and maintain financial accuracy
  • Verify insurance benefits and manage patient accounts
  • Keep the office running clean, organized, and on point
  • Teach patients about true health and the power of chiropractic care
  • Represent our mission with clarity and enthusiasm at every touchpoint

  • Perform New Patient Consultations and Health Updates
  • Train as a Limited X-Ray Operator
  • Take leadership in community outreach and health events
  • Mentor and train new team members

Hours

  • Mon: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM; 2:15 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Tue: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Wed–Thu: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM; 2:15 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Fri: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $57,500
