We are hiring a long-term, part-time Sales Development Specialist to provide dependable weekend and evening coverage

Position Overview

The Part-Time Sales Development Specialist serves as the first point of contact for inbound seller leads during scheduled coverage hours.

This role is responsible for:

• Promptly answering inbound calls

• Conducting structured qualification conversations

• Scheduling appointments for the acquisitions team

• Accurately documenting all lead information in the CRM

This is a steady, process-driven position ideal for someone who values consistency and takes pride in doing the job right every time.

Duties Include

• Answering inbound calls and creating a strong first impression

• Responding to internet inquiries from prospective sellers

• Asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to understand seller needs and motivation

• Scheduling appointments with a strong emphasis on speed, accuracy, and logistical efficiency

• Demonstrating urgency in follow-up to ensure timely appointment setting

• Maintaining communication via calls, texts, emails, and voicemails

• 2+ years in customer-facing or phone-based roles

• Organized and comfortable following structured processes

• Reliable and dependable with weekend availability

Schedule

Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Two weeknights: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Approximately 20–25 hours per week
