School Bus Driver (PartTime)
We Transport | Bridgeport, CT
No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $23.65/hour
Paid Training: $16.94/hour
Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM)
Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You’ll Do
Safely transport students to and from school and events
Drive assigned local routes
Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies
Requirements
CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements
(or willingness to obtain — we train!)
Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
Safe driving record
Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
Ability to pass background check & drug screening
Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
