Position Summary
Roosevelt University College of Health, Science and Pharmacy- Schaumburg seeks candidates for a full-time, non-exempt Operations Coordinator to support the Occupational Therapy and Doctor of Pharmacy programs. This is an in-person position that reports to the Dean and works closely with leadership of both programs. Core duties include but are not limited to: facilitate and manage communication with current students/faculty regarding all aspects of the OT program; support data collection and document retention needed for accreditation; plan and execute events and support events led by other offices in the college; support all aspects of immersive experiences; support maintenance of inventory of OT lab supplies as well as maintenance of OT lab equipment.

The salary for this position is $25/hour

Basic office equipment (laptop computer, copier/multi-function device, fax and telephone).
Working Conditions
Normal climate-controlled office environment is provided. There is a need to move between the office, classrooms and/or event space. Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, pushing and/or pulling is required (typically less than 45 pounds of weight or pressure). Regular use of desktop computer is required, calling for frequent hand/wrist movement and repetition. Occasional travel within the local or regional setting may be required.
Duty and Responsibility
Program Operations Support:
Serve as a central point of contact for faculty, staff and students in the PharmD and MSOT programs; Understand college and university operations and address inquiries and problems in an accurate and timely manner; Manage student matriculation and enrollment records including those required for Level II Fieldwork experiences; Oversee OT assessment data collection and document maintenance as required for programmatic improvement and accreditation compliance.

Event Coordinator:
Plan and execute events for the programs/college including but not limited to ceremonies, open houses, orientations; support events that are led by other offices in the college.
