Paving Superintendent

We're working with a well-established civil contractor in the Denver market that's looking to bring on a Project Superintendent with strong asphalt paving experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing field operations on DOT, municipal, and infrastructure projects.

What they're looking for:

Experience running asphalt paving projects

Strong leadership with field crews and subs

Ability to manage schedules, quality, and safety

Comfortable working with project budgets, change orders, and reporting

$80K--$130K DOE
