LEC is currently seeking to expand our staff with qualified candidates for an Administrative/Business Development Position and a Wetland Scientist position in our Worcester Office and Environmental Scientist/Construction & Erosion Control Monitor positions in our Plymouth or Worcester Offices.

Administrative/Business Development Position

LEC Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking an administrative support position in its Worcester location. Position includes coordinating and executing office administration and support functions for staff in an efficient and professional manner. Specific responsibilities include collaborating with and assisting administrative staff in our Wakefield and Plymouth locations; facilitating client and staff communications; coordinating with Conservation Commissions; assisting staff with finalizing and submitting proposals, reports, and permit applications; composing/compiling company qualifications and representative experience/project descriptions for responses to RFP/Qs; and other general office procedures.

Qualified candidates should be professional and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Candidates should be able to interact professionally and proactively with staff, clients, and regulatory agencies, and possess strong, proactive organizational and time management skills, and technical editing experience. Proficiency in Word and Excel required. Experience with GIS mapping a plus.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate attracted to a fast-paced environment that requires prioritizing multiple tasks daily while fostering and working in a team environment. Position is part-time (25-30 hours) with potential for increase up to 40 hours. Salary commensurate with experience.
