Overview
The Vice President, Global Client Operations - Talent, Training, Knowledge Management and Communications is an integral role within the Spark Foundry team, responsible for monitoring and building internal operational processes throughout the account.
Responsibilities
Talent Enablement, Training & Onboarding
Deliver standardized, role-based learning pathways (onboarding, leadership, technical, functional) with regional adaptability
Build competency frameworks, compliance, certifications, and training-of-trainers models to enable scale, quality, and succession
Staff Planning, Talent Tracking & Culture
Own the global plan in partnership with HR and leadership, aligned to approved operating models, scope, and capacity needs
Establish talent tracking and visibility across roles, capabilities, readiness, and deployment by region
Connect staffing data with onboarding, learning progress, and competency attainment to enable proactive workforce planning
Enterprise Knowledge Management & Best Practice Enablement
Establish and govern operational and institutional knowledge
Activate communities of practice and knowledge champions across regions and functions
Lead internal and external awards programs tied to knowledge, innovation, and operational excellence - curating submissions, showcasing best practices, and reinforcing standards of excellence
Communications Leadership
Own communication across internal teams and client-facing touchpoints, ensuring clarity, consistency, and momentum around operating model execution, capability evolution, and innovation
Develop and manage editorial calendars spanning internal and client communications, including newsletters, leadership updates, industry trends and capability POVs, innovation letters, and launch communications
Partner with business, strategy, and capability leaders to translate initiatives into clear, relevant, and actionable content tailored by audience (executive, regional, functional, client)
Ensure communications reinforce talent culture, engagement, recognition, and shared ways of working, highlighting excellence, innovation, and cross regional collaboration
Platforms, Measurement & Governance
Define and track KPIs for onboarding effectiveness, learning outcomes, staffing health, engagement signals, knowledge usage, and adoption
Qualifications
Must have 10+ years of experience in global operations, operating model design, or enterprise program leadership within a complex, matrixed organization (agency, consultancy, or equivalent)
Experience managing internal and external awards programs, including nomination processes, coordination, and recognition execution
Ability to manage and maintain a Knowledge Hub
Strong client management/consultative experience both presenting and resolving issues
Solid communication skills, able to write clearly, speak professionally, and convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Must have a strong attention to detail, and be able to quality-check their teams' work to ensure data anomalies and mistakes are caught prior to delivery to the client teams
The role requires strong management capabilities, operational as well as strategic, to ensure that guidance is given to all teams on enhancing the product as the account matures
Hands-on problem-solving abilities and a "can do" approach (someone who is a both a thinker and a doer)

Compensation Range: $149,340- $239,148 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
