Insureon is seeking an Account Manager to service and maintain a book of Management Liability accounts, including Directors & Officers (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPLI), Fiduciary Liability, and Crime coverage for Private Company and Not-For-Profit clients.
This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
What You'll DoDeliver high-quality service to a portfolio of Management Liability accounts through the full policy lifecycle - new business, renewals, and endorsements
Gather client information and documentation; set up new accounts in our AMS system
Review and process policy endorsements, loss runs, and notices with accuracy and timeliness
Submit applications to carriers to obtain new and renewal quotes
Resolve client issues and answer coverage questions independently
Document all transactions and client interactions in the AMS system
Collaborate with team members to ensure renewal workflows are completed on time
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to developing more efficient procedures
Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven customer service experience with a track record of problem-solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (support for obtaining licensure may be available for the right candidate)
Prior experience in Management Liability or commercial insurance account management
Familiarity with AMS or similar agency management systems
Salary: $50,000-$70,000, based on experience and location
