Pay: Hourly (based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift Location: Lawton, OK (in person)

Role Summary

A front-line service role for a detail-oriented technician who keeps pools clean, safe, and customer-ready without callbacks or complaints. You own your routes, represent Pool Pros professionally, and document every stop.

Key Responsibilities

Complete assigned service routes daily —Perform regular cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and emptying skimmer baskets to maintain optimal water quality per Pool Pros SOPs.

Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, CYA ) levels and adjusting chemical treatments as needed to ensure safety and compliance.Inspect equipment; report leaks or malfunctions to Service Lead Man with notes and photos

Interact with customers professionally and escalate concerns appropriately.

Log every service stop — chemicals used, photos, completion status — in the service system.

Maintain service vehicle, tools, and chemical safety standards.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with an insurable record.

Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional.

Willingness to learn pool systems and water chemistry.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot.Ability to work independently while managing multiple pools efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience in pool service, HVAC, plumbing, or similar field; basic mechanical troubleshooting
