Duties Summary

Exempt, Temporary, Full-Time, Non-Civil service appointment. The primary purpose of this position is to primarily provide technical services utilizing the various procurement methods in the day-to-day activities of the division. This position is also responsible in ensuring the procurement of goods and services are in compliance with all federal and state procurement laws rules, and regulations.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

EDUCATION: Must meet the minimum education requirements as specified in the class specification, Department of Human Resources Development, State of Hawaii, for the class Procurement and Supply Specialist III.

EXPERIENCE: Must meet the minimum experience requirements as specified in the class specification, Department of Human Resources Development, State of Hawaii, for the class Procurement and Supply Specialist III.

LICENSE: Valid type 3 Driver’s License is preferred.
