Night Watch

SUMMARY

An employer is seeking to fill a Night Watch position in the Carlsbad, New Mexico area (approximately 1-2 miles southwest of Carlsbad on the bypass). This position involves overnight monitoring of a worksite to ensure security and report any suspicious activity.

The schedule for this position is 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The primary responsibility is to observe the worksite and contact management if any trespassers or issues arise. The employer is looking to hire quickly and is seeking a reliable individual.

EXAMPLES OF JOB DUTIES

Monitor and observe the worksite during assigned overnight hours. Remain alert for any suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals. Report trespassers or incidents to management as needed. Maintain a visible presence to help deter unauthorized access. Follow employer instructions and safety procedures. Other duties as assigned (limited to site observation and reporting).

Work is performed outdoors at a worksite location and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions. The position may require standing or remaining in one location for extended periods. The employee must be able to stay alert throughout the shift and respond appropriately to any observed activity.
