The Role

As a Fleet Damage Manager / Estimator your core responsibilities will include:

· Ensure all related repair orders are completed and processed in accordance with established company guidelines

· Coordinate all in house and external repairs, working with vendors and 3rd parties to process vehicles repairs efficiently and cost effectively

· Manage P&L performance, productivity, financial and asset controls and adhere to audit and financial policies and procedures

· Maintain compliance with quality standards

You’ll play a vital role in supporting the company’s strategic goals while contributing to daily operations and long-term initiatives.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Experience in Automotive Collision industry, ideally with years estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of estimating systems, CCC, Mitchell or Audatex
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Relevant qualifications such as ICAR, state inspector are preferred
