Colorado Roofing Growth Partner (Senior Sales Leader / Branch-Builder)
Location: Denver + statewide Colorado (field-based)
Role Summary
ACE Roofing & Construction is looking for a senior roofing sales leader or proven operator to run a high-upside “operator seat” in Colorado. You’ll own revenue, estimating, pricing discipline, job execution oversight, and closeout, while leveraging ACE’s licensing, back-office, supplier relationships, and operational infrastructure.
This is built for someone who wants to operate like an owner: build a book, control job-level outcomes, and grow a scalable production engine.
What You’ll Own (Core Duties & Responsibilities)
Sales + Growth
- Generate and manage your own pipeline (self-gen + relationships + new channels).
- Run inspections, build scopes, develop estimates, and present proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining margin discipline.
- Build and maintain referral partners (property managers, realtors, insurance pros, commercial contacts, etc.).
Estimating + Pricing Discipline
- Create accurate scopes of work and job budgets.
- Price work based on job conditions, labor/sub availability, and margin targets.
- Maintain strong documentation and job files from lead to closeout.
Production Oversight
- Coordinate subcontractors/crews (or hire a PM as volume grows).
- Set schedules, confirm materials, and ensure work meets quality standards.
- Drive job progress and proactively solve jobsite issues.
Customer Communication + Closeout
- Provide consistent customer updates from contract through completion.
- Manage punch lists, warranty/workmanship items, and final documentation.
- Support collections through clean documentation and closeout readiness.
Operating Rhythm
- Track your metrics (leads, close rate, average job size, cycle time, margin).
- Own job-level performance—wins, misses, and learnings—like an operator.
What ACE Provides (Support & Infrastructure)
- Licensing and the ACE operating platform to scale in Denver + statewide Colorado.
- Permitting support and COI/insurance handled.
- Contract templates, invoicing support, and collections process.
- Supplier accounts, materials ordering support, and QC standards.
Compensation / Economics (Simple + Transparent)
- ACE platform fee: 12.5% of GCV (Gross Contract Value)
- ACE covers/pass-through: hard materials, permits, job insurance
- Partner earnings: remaining margin after labor/sub costs
- Verified workmanship repairs: 50/50 cost share

Ideal Candidate
- 20+ years roofing sales experience OR a proven roofing manager/operator with documented production.
- Strong inspection, estimating, and scope-writing ability.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and consistently self-generate work.
- Proven crew/sub management and jobsite problem-solving.
- Comfortable owning numbers and operating with accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience scaling a territory, branch, or book of business.
- Existing Colorado referral network.
- Experience hiring/managing a PM team and subs at volume.
