The Maintenance Worker shall assist the Director of Properties and Physical Plant and the Supervisor of Maintenance and Grounds with all facets related to properties and physical plant operations.

Required Qualifications

Job Duties
  • promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students, and to the community at large
  • promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students
  • participate on university committees
  • assist with all campus events i.e. concerts, Homecoming, commencement ceremonies, and special activities as they occur; *include but not limited to the maintenance of the University property
  • maintenance of all campus buildings;
  • assist with moving furniture and the set up of campus events/special activities
  • maintenance of the fresh water and waste water systems
  • maintain campus lighting
  • repair structures as needed
  • complete required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University
  • perform other duties as assigned
