Parthenon Framing, a well-established custom framing company based in Medford, Long Island, NY, is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Foreman / Production Supervisor.

This is a key leadership opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and help oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior picture framing experience preferred
• Candidates with woodworking experience or experience handling fine art will also be considered
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Fluent in Spanish (required)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee workflow and daily production for a team of 20+ employees
• Ensure consistent quality control across all projects
• Manage and monitor inventory levels
• Support team development and maintain an efficient, organized workspace
