We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities may include:
  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve skills and performance.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
Requirements for this position include:
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Specialist or similar role, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Relevant certifications or technical training preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
