Position Overview

We are hiring an Entry-Level Pool Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone

who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. You will be working in customers’

backyards daily, so professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail are critical.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential and commercial pools
• Skim, vacuum, brush, and balance pool water
• Inspect equipment and report issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide professional and respectful customer interactions
• Leave every property cleaner and better than you found it

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather (rain or shine)
• English speaking
• Strong attention to detail
• Clean, organized, and professional appearance
• Good with customers and respectful in private properties

Compensation

Starting at $19.00 per hour

Higher pay available for candidates with prior experience
