About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in St. Louis. This role is essential to the success of our sales operation and customer experience. You will work closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments to support customers, coordinate orders, prepare quotes and proposals, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and enjoys being a key contributor behind the scenes in a fast-paced business environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support the sales team with customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and product information for prospective and existing customers
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM and internal systems
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service to help ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Assist with market research and lead generation efforts
  • Help organize client meetings, sales events, and trade shows
  • Provide professional, timely service to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support day-to-day sales activities to help drive team efficiency and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Previous experience in sales support, vendor management, account coordination, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using CRM systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to customer service
