Job Title: Housing Director (LALD) – Assisted Living
Company: Assisted Living Facility in the West Metro
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000
Schedule: Full-Time (M-F) + Weekends and On-Call Responsibilities

Housing Director (LALD) Responsibilities:

  • Drive Success: Plan and organize orientation for new hires, both clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Lead with Passion: Create and maintain an environment of warmth and positivity throughout the community, ensuring both staff and residents feel supported.
  • Uphold Compliance: Have a pulse on operations, help with 6790s (Rates Management System Worksheet), and be ready for state surveys.
  • Be the Face of the Community: Receive phone inquiries, conduct tours, and follow up with referrals, building lasting relationships with potential residents and their families.
  • Streamline Move-Ins: Complete all move-in related paperwork and processes to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date on all housing, assisted living, and healthcare regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
  • Communicate Effectively: Review and communicate policies and procedures with residents, their families, and staff, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Social Work is preferred, but other backgrounds will be considered.
  • Being licensed as an assisted living director (LALD) is required.
  • Deep understanding of housing rules and regulations, with a commitment to compliance.
  • A compassionate and positive attitude with the ability to build trust and relationships quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong computer proficiency are a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
