Insight Global is seeking a UKG Pro Configuration Analyst for a large, complex healthcare client operating across multiple states and 24/7 environments. This consultant will serve as the in house UKG expert, owning the design, configuration, and validation of pay rules, accruals, schedules, and business structures to support union and non union workforces. The role blends strategic advisory work with hands on configuration, integrations, reporting, and testing, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and clinical operations. This is a high impact opportunity for a UKG specialist who thrives in complex healthcare implementations and enjoys solving nuanced, multi state challenges.

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 7+ years of hands on UKG Pro configuration experience (UKG Pro and/or UKG Pro + Dimensions)

  • Deep expertise in pay rules, accrual rules, work rules, overtime logic, and attendance

  • Proven experience supporting multi state environments with varying labor laws

  • Strong background in healthcare or complex 24/7 operational environments

  • Experience working with union and non union workforces and translating CBAs into system rules

  • Expertise in UKG business structure and organization setup across multiple entities/locations

  • Excellent cross functional communication skills (HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, Finance)

  • Experience with UKG integrations using Boomi or similar iPaaS tools

  • Groovy scripting or similar scripting experience for advanced logic/customization

  • Advanced reporting and analytics skills, including calculated fields and compliance reporting

  • Experience supporting EHR, HRIS, payroll, finance, or clinical system integrations
