individual student course withdrawals; course and room scheduling; transcript delivery; transfer evaluation; degree audits; graduation
tracking and clearance; enrollment and degree verifications; academic calendar planning; catalog publication; academic policy enforcement;
and, construction of course and final exam schedules. Finally, the Registrar's Office ensures compliance with extant local, state, and

Description of JobColorado State University Pueblo is
seeking applications for an Assistant Registrar.
The Assistant Registrar is an integral member of the Registrar's Office, leading
front office operations and supervising administrative staff to provide outstanding service to students, faculty, staff, and the campus
community. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of student records and
supporting students throughout their academic journey.
The successful candidate will oversee daily office operations, guide and
support staff, and help maintain efficient, student-centered processes. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal, state,
and institutional regulations; managing communication systems and workflows; and providing training and support for campus users of
Registrar systems. The Assistant Registrar also plays a key role in advancing operational effectiveness, promoting excellent customer
service, and contributing to student success and the mission of the university.
