Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour

The opportunity

This is not a sit-and-answer-phones kind of role. A well-established manufacturing company in the Broad Ripple area is looking for someone who can own the space between customers and the sales team, solve problems before they escalate, and bring real energy to every interaction. If you are organized, quick on your feet, and love the feeling of checking things off a list while helping people get what they need, keep reading.

What your days will look like

• Managing incoming orders, quotes, and customer requests from start to finish
• Being the go-to contact for pricing, availability, and order status questions
• Spotting opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell and flagging them to the sales team
• Coordinating between shipping, purchasing, engineering, and sales to keep things on track
• Handling returns and credit memos with accuracy and care
• Keeping CRM records and Excel reports clean, current, and useful
• Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally, every single time

What you bring

• 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or a sales support role
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; Salesforce experience is a bonus
• Strong communicator who can hold their own with customers and leadership alike
• Someone who thrives when there are a lot of moving pieces
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree is a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual? We would love that
