Job Title: Graphics Coordinator
Job Description
The Graphics Coordinator role is a two-year contract assignment focused on managing the initiation of pre-press services and ensuring the tracking and prioritization of graphic changes. This is an administrative position that involves entering information into the workflow tool. Please note, this position does not involve any design work. Responsibilities
Utilize the workflow tool to enter required component information in WebCenter, which is essential for building and managing the project workflow.
Set project execution priorities to support accurate and achievable timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in incoming information.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows.
Basic knowledge of Adobe software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Industry experience in flexible film manufacturing, folding carton manufacturing, or packaging printers.
Experience with Microsoft Acrobat is a plus.
Work Environment
This position is a hybrid role, offering a mix of remote and in-office work. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. The in-office location is in Hershey, PA. The dress code is professional and the environment is designed to support collaborative and efficient work processes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
