The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the Educational Opportunity Center (EOC), a federally funded TRIO program serving adults pursuing postsecondary education and workforce training. This role supports daily operations, maintains program records, coordinates outreach logistics, and assists with compliance and reporting to ensure alignment with institutional policies and federal regulations.

This position requires a high school diploma and relevant administrative experience in business, public administration, or related field; bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
Knowledge of administrative and office management practices, records management, data tracking, and reporting processes, as well as basic fiscal procedures such as purchasing and budget tracking, and applicable federal program compliance requirements and institutional policies. Demonstrated skills in organization, time management, and prioritization; strong written and verbal communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems; and the ability to coordinate logistics, events, and administrative workflows with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment; interpret and apply policies and regulations; maintain confidentiality; analyze and track data to support reporting and decision-making; build effective working relationships; and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
