Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 612 months of electronics or PCBA experience (school

or work) IPC-A-610 knowledge or experience Ability to follow detailed test procedures and instructions Basic troubleshooting skills (identifying visible defects, solder issues, damaged parts) Experience using commercial test equipment (DMMs, basic test heads, fixtures) Ability to enter test results accurately Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision Understanding of basic electronics concepts (voltage, resistance, polarity, components) Candidates should be dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Essential Duties Follow test procedures and work instructions for PCBAs and electronic subassemblies Perform basic functional tests using automated test equipment (ATE), scripts, or manual methods Use commercial test instruments (multimeters, simple test fixtures) Perform low-level troubleshooting (e.g., identifying solder bridges, missing components, or damaged parts) Assist with maintaining test equipment, such as cleaning probes and verifying calibration Document test results, log failures, and notify senior technicians or engineering staff Participate as a positive, reliable team member in the manufacturing group Support Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace \*\** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: awein@sitestaffinginc.com Other: SITE Staffing does not accept phone calls regarding any job postings.
