Position Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Technology Coordinator to support day-to-day IT operations, including technical support, systems administration, and infrastructure maintenance in a hands-on onsite environment. Candidates must be local to or near Frackville, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Perform system administration (user accounts, access, backups, audits)
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
• Manage IT assets, inventory, and lifecycle processes
• Provide end-user support and training
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and procurement
• Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance standards
• Support process improvements and assist with application development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in:
  • Technical support (hardware/software)
  • Call tracking/ticketing systems
  • Managing IT support issues
• Strong troubleshooting and system/network administration skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
