The Tennessee Dough Boys is looking for a skilled, dependable Production Baker to help us bring big flavors and scratch-made products to life every day. If you love working with dough, take pride in consistency and detail, and want to be part of a growing concept, we want to meet you.

Position Details

• Hours: 20–40 hours per week (flexible based on the right person)
• Schedule: 5 days per week, some early mornings required
• Pay: $20–$26/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our production—making the core items that define our brand.

• Produce doughs, breads, and baked goods from scratch
• Prepare muffins, cookies, and other bakery items
• Assist with house-made items like dressings and specialty recipes
• Follow established recipes with precision and consistency
• Help develop and refine new recipes and products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and health-code-compliant kitchen
• Manage inventory and track ingredient needs
• Communicate with vendors and handle ordering weekly
• Create daily and weekly production schedules based on customer orders
• Work independently while keeping pace with a growing operation

What We’re Looking For

• Baking or kitchen experience (professional experience preferred)
• Ability to lift and handle 50 lb bags of flour
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable
• Able to follow systems and recipes exactly
• Familiar with food safety and health code standards
• Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
• Positive attitude with a growth mindset
