Teacher's Assistant, Upward Bound

GECAC in Erie, PA is looking for a Teacher Assistant/Tutor to work Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 4:00pm starting June 22nd, 2026 at Mercyhurst University.

*Job Summary *

• Will assist the teachers in a classroom setting
• Act as chaperones on various weekly field trips

Qualifications

• College Sophomore, Junior or Senior in any Math, Science or English related field
• Minimum of a 2.8 GPA

Required:

Prior to hire, must provide Act 33, 34 & FBI clearances issued within the past 5 years, meet Immigration Reform Act requirements and provide proof of education.

Must meet Immigration Law Requirements.

Salary: $17.96/hour
